How do you tell when you are starting to get bloated? I am on 200mg t/w... Just curious

^Got to agree here. What's your diet looking like and are you on anything else(supplements,painkillers,etc)?

Supps: Fish oil, protein shake, multi vitamin, BCAA's, and Nitric flood, and no pain killers... Diet is a little week, prob to many fats...
