Just Starting out after social lifting. HELP!!

Hello I have lifted before but not very competitive more of a social scene but I am about to hit it hard and could do with a bit of advice as I have illnesses and special diet requirements. HELP!!! I have just bought ULTRA MALE Rx, GEAR SUPPORT and SUPER DMZ 2.0. 17% body fat, 10stone 5, 5foot 6inch 24 years old. Never used any supplements. Wheat and lactose intolerant so have to use pure hemp protein and I am type 1 diabetic, Insulin Dependent.
