safe-mail is it down?

i can't get on safe-mail is this right or am i doing something wron?

The NSA is installing a few updates...

They're doing site maintenance, so at any given time you may not be able to log in. Only reason I know this is I got in earlier and it said you had a 10% chance of being unable to log in throughout the day.
