Been doing about 500mg a week test cyp about 15 weeks and am ready to go back to TRT dose of 209mg a week. My question is still my body respond as well when I DO my next blast?

IMHO, The reason the first cycle is the "best" for many people is simply because that is when they are the smallest and make gains the easiest. If you're already up 20lbs of muscle, the next 20 might not be quite as easy. Not because the test is no longer working but because you're bigger and it takes more work, food, training, drugs to get even bigger than that...
