Okay...Been training many years, and competed at National level to....but new to this site..
I actually got directed here, but i can't recall how, regarding skeletal balm. I have what appears to be a Bursitis in my left elbow..pain and swelling right around the tip of it which really hampers my training. Some days worse than others.
A lad in my gym used this balm having imported it, but i dont know what his injury was tbh...but he rated it. Two things...anyone have experience in relieving Bursitis and is this balm a solution?? I ask here, as i said i got directed here the other day, but the posts regarding the balm seem old....
