Since I am currently running all ep gear from Z for my transformation. I am going to log my cycle here. The cycle will run approximately 10 to 12 weeks.

Stats
Age: 25
Weight: 199lbs
Height: 5' 5"

Cycle experience is 1 cycle of test e and dbol.

This cycle will consist of

Sust250 @ 750mgs ew
Mast @ 300-400mgs ew
Winny last 4 weeks @ 50mgs ed
Aromasin and arimidex as needed

Goal is to drop bf% as much as possible while maintaining and potentially gaining some lean mass.

Blood work will be done mid cycle.

Currently I have pinned the sust250 once in each pec, started on Saturday and then Monday. Will be pinning MWF going forward.

So far pins have been good, minor pip since they haven't been pinned in a while.

Subbed.I would save the masteron towards the end as well it has little effect with bf over 15%
 
I've read that as well but haven't found the reason why? Reading the properties of masteron, I don't believe it to be true. Maybe the higher bf% just dont see the hardening effect because of the extra flab? I have enough to run 10 weeks, so I am looking to run it soon amd see what results I get from it.

Seated leg extensions 4 sets
Barbell preacher curls 3 sets
Standing calf raises- Smith machine 4 sets
HS machine seated curls 4 sets
Standing one leg machine curls 3 sets
Hammer curls 3 sets
Reverse grip bb curls 3 sets
Squats 4 sets

Heavy weight, low volume day. Went to failure on most sets, especially last set.

Only shot of legs that came out decent, I was pretty beat legs started to cramp from trying to flex. I also am apparently a moron at trying to take a selfie, I guess I havent had lots of "practice" in that field.

I've been doing a good job at keeping carbs down and still having energy to get a good workout with a pretty decent pump. That sustanon definitely kicked in today, I worked out as if I was on double the carbs. I squated decently heavy for myself since I can't squat from a previous car accident that wrecked my left knee, I felt so strong today I was able to push through it. It felt like I could do more weight but I didn't want to risk it as I started feeling some slight pain :(

Cable lateral side raises 3 sets
Close grip bb upright rows superset with crucifix 4 sets
Barbell shrugs 4 sets
Dips body weight 4 sets
Tricep cable pushdowns 4 sets
Reverse grip db wrist curls superset with reg db wrist curls 3 sets
Cardio high intensity 15 mins

I'm doing high intensity, low volume training to shock my muscles. Its working really well, everything is sore and pumped!!

Ive been pinning pecs, I started using 1" 25ga and that was way too long I could hear and feel the muscle tearing lol now im using 27ga .5", pretty smooth but early in the morning when pec is real relaxed it does wake it up!!

Cardio 30 mins stairmaster raising intensity as I went. Hit a high of level 10 the last 5 mins, burned up!

Low carb day, so far I'm only 50g in.

Going to be traveling for work next week. Since I pin mwf, I'm thinking 2cc on monday and 2cc on tuesday before I leave. I wont be back till Friday night. I believe that should be good to keep me going. Any thoughts on this?
