Alright Guys as some of you no iv been using uncle Z euro pharm gear. I'm starting my pre contest blast today. I'm 13 weeks out from my first show. I'm excited and nervise about it. I'm very proud of the progress iv made in the past year. Just having the nerve and dedication to do a show is a big deal to me. This blast should be pretty epic I hope!! I hope y'all will follow along and give me help and encouragement along the way.

I have a coach that's watching over me and my diet. I'm on a 3000 calorie carb cycle diet at the moment.

heres my cycle
1-12 test prop (700) a week
1-12 NPP (500) a week
1-4 tren A (300)a week
1-12 mast (500) a week
7-11 tren A (500) a week
8-13whinny (50-100) a day
8-13 var (50-100) a day
24mg aromisin a day
prima on hand

i will be pinning every day. Shot the quads today. All is well with it. Lets do this. Make gains and get shredded!!
 
Here are some pix. The first one was me a year and a half ago. I was working out 5-6 days a week all natty but my diet was shit. I can't explain to ppl how important diet is!!

Glad to hear it guys. Had a family Easter today, it was supper hard not to chow down like normal. But I held back and only eat what I was aloud. It's all about how bad u want it!!
 
It's time to pin again. Pip is little to non from yesterday. Pinning everyday may pose a challenge for me to find enough spots. But I'll figure it out as I go
 
Go approximately 1.5" above nipple and about 1/2" to 1" inwards toward sternum., pin there. It is not bad at all, I found a one inch needle is a bit long, half or 5/8ths works better but even a one inch works just go 3/4 of the way if you want but I've gone all the way but it stung like a bitch.

Pip is not bad, first time it felt like I got punched in the chest. Other times it felt like a chest workout just sore, recently it's been very minor.

Weight is up a few lb. mabe due to the cycle I started the end of last week? I'm pumped for this cycle. Had some nice tren sweats last night.


Jogged a couple miles this morning. Will be hitting chest tonight!!
 
Got a good chest day in. Triceps are feeling the oil I put in them yesterday. Just anouther day if grinding. Treat everyday like its the only day.
 
Smashed Back this AM. It's hump day so grind hard guys. We have to get out there and earn it. This shit isn't free, but u can't pay for it either. Hard work dedication and beast mode is where it comes from. Pumped 2.5cc in my shoulder this morning. Now lets put it to work!!
 
Thought id throw up a bit of my diet. This is my 100carb day on my 3000cal carb cycle.


100g day
Meal 1
Choose One Breakfast Meal
· 2 whole eggs + 3 egg whites +1 tablespoon olive oil for cooking + 25g shake
· 40g Whey Shake + 1tbsp peanut/almond butter


Meal 2
Protein: Choose One (Weighed Raw)
8oz chicken breast no skin boiled with water and spices or grilled…
10 oz turkey breast
8oz Salmon
9oz Rainbow Trout
8oz Tuna in Water pack/can (must add 1/2tbsp olive oil or 1tbsp peanut butter)
+ 1 tablespoon olive oil for cooking
Vegetables: Choose One Cup


Meal 3
Protein: Choose One (Weighed Raw
8oz chicken breast no skin boiled with water and spices or grilled…
10 oz turkey breast
8oz Salmon
9oz Rainbow Trout
8oz Tuna in Water pack/can (must add 1/2tbsp olive oil or 1tbsp peanut butter)
Fats: Choose One
1/2 avocado
1tbsp Peanut Butter
1tbsp Almond Butter
1tbsp Olive Oil
20 pieces almonds
20pieces peanuts
15 pieces brazil nuts
15 pieces cashews
25 pieces pistachio

Vegetables: Choose One Cup (


Meal 4

8oz sweet potato (please do not mash it.. either cook in oven for 45 min no oil or throw in microwave for 5 min)

1.5 cups brown rice weighed cooked
10oz red/blue/purple potatoes
4 slices whole wheat bread
3oz quinoa weighed dry
2 whole wheat tortillas (8” diameter)
1 cup red kidney beans
1 cup black beans


Meal 5
40g whey shake
1 white bagel
1 tbsp. Peanut Butter

Meal 6
Protein: Choose One(Weighed Raw)
6oz new York steak
6oz London broil (round steak) again.. very little to no oil.. ¼ tablespoon olive oil.. grilling or boiling would be best.. (but boiling tastes like crap if you don’t do it right.. experiment..)
40g casein shakes
2 cups cottage cheese
2 cups nonfat Greek yogurt
6oz 95/5 and leaner ground beef
6oz roast beef
+ 1 tablespoon olive oil for cooking
Vegetables: Choose One Cup (Mix&Match OK)

What show are you doing??...do you adjust your fats depending on protein choice?...??
 
Nice meal plan. I always measure my protein cooked, is that incorrect?

NWA classic. Is a amateur non tested show. The only time I adjust fats it when I have caned tuna. I cook my chicken and fish with a bit of olive oil and beef has enough fat. So yes and no
 
Smashed legs this morning. Coach cut my diet to 2500cal. Still doing a carb cycle. I can feel the tren and NPP. I feel great and I'm always tweeking, I can't sit still just always wana be up and doing somthing.

Smashing chest this morning. I love getting to the gym in the mornings. Nobody to bug me, and I feel like a god all day. Or maby it's the AAS lol. Cycle Is going great so far. Only sides are sweats/night sweats and increase in aggression. Although iv been able to handle the tren rage better this time around, or at least so far hahahaha. Lets kill it bros. got myfridge stacked full of meal prep and my arms full of AAS lol. Lets bust this weeks ass.
