Its a marathon not a sprint.
I take it at 6ft 4 and 135 lbs you don't eat near enough to gain size, by eating right you can easily put on 10lbs of muscle.
Don't try to overdo it, 10lbs of muscle and 20lbs of fat gains won't look as appealing.
