There is a bench only and a full power at the arnold this upcoming year.

For 198lbs the qualifying bench is 445
for 220lbs the qualifying bench is 495

But, just because you qualify doesn't mean you get an invite... so better get more than the minimum lol

Had some family issues going on so missed a few workouts and last night only had time for a quick set of
Bench with chains worked up to 325x6
Then had to go to my sons art show.
 
^^^ it happens man, ill be missing 2 workouts tis wkend... Wife running a half marathon sat but have to drive for lik 8hrs to get there then spend the wkend there. So, it happens and you gotta ride through the hard part and push the easy parts.
 
I have some work trips coming up I'm gonna try to find a gym in Indianapolis to train

side note, 225 on strict OHD press is strong. I can't do it :/ , wish I could.
 
It's just an old workout one of my buddies gave me many years ago that I like he was a very smart and strong dude. He finished top 3 in worlds strongest man a couple times before he passed away and from time to time I use it just kinda like a few weeks high reps and then drop to 8 reps and then max 6 reps and so on. It's worked well in past but I never stick with a program too long anyways. Oh and for me anyghing over 5 reps seems like high volume haha I am terrible when it comes to high reps. Thanks my shoulder press I've always worked hard on since it's a staple in strongman competitions.

Yeah it's terrible their mom (my ex) lets them stay inside and play video games all day so I'm the bad guy cause I want them to go outside and do something haha. Oh well but yeah it's a challenge to get them out to do anything, I'll keep doing my best and see where it takes me
