Lift 3 to 4 times per week, Football training / game Sundays
Eating Plan :-
Meal 1 120g oats 50g protein
Meal 2 /3 /4 140g Chicken 300g sweet potato broccoli, green beans
Pre workout 120g chicken 350g sweet potato
Post 120g chicken 400g white potato ( sweet on non w/o days )
Bed 50g protein 25 almonds
2 litres water thru day
Any critique / advice woiuld be very much appreciated
