thoughts on delt WOD for 5 rounds

lately, ive decided to do my delt workout on a sunday in my back yard. I just got sick and tired of doin it at the gym, and figured i could get a nice little crossfit wod out of it. Since doing so, not only have my delts become more defined, but so has my overall appearance. since i use my core for it all, by the end of the wod, my quads and calves have veins poppin out like crazy and my abs have veins as well.

this is the WOD i do

standing shoulder press with a 45 on each side with the 45lb bar for 21-25 reps, then single arm lateral raises then front raises with 20lb db for 21-25reps then 1minute of holding arms straight out. Then repeat 5times

i have, we train (my old unit) crazy. obviously its not a straight up WOD, but its better than nothing.
 
That looks like a pain in the ass... Especially the lateral hold.
