Eq/test cycle any and all suggestions welcomed

I have been training for about 12 years. The last 7 bodybuilding. Earlier I was into a lot of cross training running, obstacle races that kind of shit. I have been adding about 5-7 pounds of mass every year the past 5. I'm finally getting to where I am pretty confident with my physique. I have run several cycles the past 3 years or so. I am fairly knowledgeable on the subject but not as much as some of you others. So here is my stats and my cycle I will start in a few weeks. Please feel free to chime in good or bad its all good to me. Goals for cycle would be to gain 10 pounds of lean without exceeding 12% BF. BP has been a concern in the past. I am hoping now that I am leaner it won't climb again. I plan on donating before and after and have cialis on hand that I will run low dose when I add the EQ on week 6. I will eat 500 cals above maintenance the whole cycle unless BF gets past 12%.

5'9" 208 pounds
8% Bf Lean mass of 192.
Bench 315 for 10 reps (I don't max out anymore)
Squat 275 for 20 reps
Dead lift 405 for 5 reps.
Chest at 49"
Waist at 32"
Biceps at 19"
Quads at 25"
calves at 20"

Cycle primer for 12 weeks = Diet at 500 cals below maintenance with a cheat day every 5 days. Still eating relatively clean on cheat day. Dropped 1 pound of fat every week the last 12. Cruise dose of 250 test cyp a week. Coming off a tren/test p cycle ended in May.

Test Sust 250, 400mg a week EOD W 1-6
NPP 100, 500mg a week EOD W 1-6
Dbol injectable 300 mg a week twice a week pins W 6-12
EQ 800mg a week twice a week pins W 6-21
Test Cyp 750 mg a week twice a week pins W 6-21

HCG 200iu twice a week W 10-21
Adex .5mg 3 times a week W 1-21

Training 6 days a week. I hit legs twice a week. everything else once a week, except arms I'll try to hit every day I'm in the gym. I'll switch from high reps (20) for 3 sets to pyramids 12,10,8,6, then to 4 sets of 12 I move it every 5 weeks or so. I use drop sets and supersets. Time under tension principle. FST7 Whatever I can to keep going forward.

Tamaxifen, and letro on hand in case.

That's about it. Sorry so long I wanted to get all the info in there.
 
I would run the EQ from the start.... Imo 800 is the min dose to "see" results. I like it over 1g, EQ is the only drug I will even come close to running that high.

I have enough to do that. I am just considering the amount of oil i'd need to inject. My bold is 400mg an ml so thats. 2 1/2 mls of that and 2 mls of test and 5 of NPP 9 1/2 mls a week. trying to avoid ED pins. I did that last year and was running out of areas to put it. I'm not afraid of the pins its just I like to do them perfectly and it gets challenging when your doubling up pin sites in the same week.

I don't want to send the thread in a places to pin thread direction. I realize there are plenty of placed to pin. Just thinking out loud. I appreciate the feed back. Thanks Brother!

Why not get some 400mg Test. That's 1mL/2x week. And if you're really trying to save reduce the volume of product pinned (not the actually doseage though)..I believe Abaxen is due to come out with a 500mg Test blend. So you could further reduce your Testosterone pinned to .75mL 2 times/week and increase your Boldenone to 1.25mL 2x/week to get your 1000mg!!

We actually currently stock a 400mg sustanon along with 300mg cyp .. Our npp which is do back in stock in next couple weeks is 125mg so it would definitely reduce the oil amounts.. Our test 500 is cyp based also which will be available hopefully this weekend ..

As I'm sure you have been told eq is great for reducing pip. If it's good it's the smoothest most painless pin ever. If you open up your quads as a site and use them for only the eq that should help. And putting 2 Mls in one quad is def not an issue. I would do 2ml eq in one quad one week, two in the other next week. Eq has such a long ester one pin a week will be fine. So your only using each quad twice month. Just a suggestion.

Good idea. I don't mind pinning the quads they are not terrible for me and yes I agree EQ in pretty painless if your know what you're doing. I'll be taking along with test cyp at 750 a week. So the amount of oil is not that much 3 mls of test and 2.5 for the EQ 5.5/3 = 1.83mls a pin not terrible.

I was just looking for options because I was running 600 NPP with 500 Prop and then wanted to add Mast at 500 all are 100mg per ml So thats a lot of freaking oil. lol was looking for a better way that's all.

At the end of this EQ cycle I want to go Test, Mast and really see what kind of hardness and quality I have. I only run the NPP from time to time to keep my old joints going. So I might have to add 300 a week in there a t the end when I get really dry but EQ gives some help as well with joints so we will see.

If I eat as dedicated as I did during my prime. I should gain at least 10 pounds of quality mass. Next summer I should be at 215 and less than 10% BF. For me that's epic proportions at 5'9". When I started this years ago I was 230 and over 30% BF which is a lean mass of 160. Now my lean mass is 194. 34 pounds of lean quality mass in 5 years without ever really dialing in my diet until this spring. So I am really looking forward to see what I can do:)
