Hi Everyone I am a 22 year old I am 5'11" weigh about 175 with a fair anount of fat in my stomach area. I am what I would consider average build. I have a problem with my diet and dont forsee being able to change it since I usually get my a good amount of meals in position I am an air traffic controller in the air force. I have a very well equipped gym available to me. I am looking for a work out routine that i can do 4-5 days a week right now I am not seeing much help with the one the staff at the gym provided for me I have been on it for about 3 months. when I am at home I eat healthy. My goal is to burn the fat while toning up and getting definition. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
