how come after I do squats, only my the lower part of my upper leg is sore. like just above the knee, on either side of it?
Is it a sign if bad form, or is this where it generaly hits?
I never seem to get sore in the quads, but my hamstrings and ass
sure get sore, and I do them with feet close and far apart.
Maybe it is where you are weakest. Wish I could get more
soreness in my quads.
I went lighter just to work on better form and I tell ya, I'm more exhausted today than i've been in a while...sure, I wasn't doing sets with 315 like I usually do, only 275 today, but I had better form I think and that kicked my ass...so, moral of this story is, lightehn the load and work on better form.
