Test level: 231
Goal is to lose fat, cardio training T,TH,SAT,
Weight lifting M,W,F BMI 34% been working out since highschool
So I'm on my 3rd week of test after doc put me on 1/2ml weekly, Im Gaining weight like crazy, 8lbs so far. I'm thinking its bad kind of weight clothes is fitting tighter. Gym partner says I'm not eating enough, I consume 1700 calories not totally clean ( chips with my turkey sandwich). I'm looking to get a body composition, dexa or hydro displacement, but until then. .
Any advice for calorie intake??? Calories burned per day goal? I'm just not losing fat.
