hallo brothers , started today my cutting cycle so it's time for me to start a new log . My starting weight this morning was 190 pounds and i plan to cut slowly using a carb cycling diet . this is my cycle :
test propionate 525mg ew
tren acetate 525 ew
masteron propionate 525 ew
t3 50mg ed
clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off
everthing from EP of course

today i trained fasted early a.m. drank 15g peptopro during workout
legs

addutor-abductor machine 5 sets 20 reps each
leg ex. 5 sets 15 reps
leg press 4 sets feet close together 4 sets feet wide 20 reps
smith machine squats 225 pouns 1 set feet close together , 1 set feet wide , 1 set standard stance 10 reps slow
seated leg curls 4 sets 15-12-10-8 reps last set heavy
dumbell deadlifts 4 sets 15-10 reps
seated calves 5 sets 15 reps

great workout , very short rest between sets , high intensity ....love it

drove back home and had my first meal of the day : 2 scoops whey ( Optimum N ) , half cup oatmeal and raspberries

hit my back really hard today , as i'm writing this my whole upperbody is still pumped....drank 1 scoop of BSN amino X ( i trained fasted early a.m. ) . After workout had my first meal of the day , 2 scoops whey , 50g oatmeal and 2 kiwis . 2 hours later i had 3 whole eggs and 1 apple . third meal was a whole wheat sandwich with roastbeef , bit of salad and 1 tomato. Tomorrow i'll hit chest in the morning , high intensity , high volume , hard and sweet
