Hi im sven 15 years 1.88 meter and 68 kilos my quiestion is how to become bigger and get more muscles what would be a good fitness scheme?

I'm a fan of powerlifting style training when putting on mass.

Start with either Wendler 5x5 or Starting Strength. Those are perhaps the easiest ones I've seen for n00bs to pick up and set you up for more advanced training programs later.
