I have heard that glutamine can help in recovery. I take glucosamine everyday for my joints and i wondered if they were related? My training partner and i train at the same intensity and I usually recover a lot faster than he. Just curious.
Glucosomine will not have any effect on muscle recovery, but Glutamine will. So sure that could be a factor, but there are many others: diet, nutrition, genetics, rest, etc. << are all of these the same also?
i think i have a better diet than he, he is one of those guys that is naturally tone, but i think the main factor is that he works on the farm and i am a computer tech. So he works those muscles every day. Whereas i have time to recover, at the desk.
