I am back, the only reason beind this post is that I need to put it out there. I have been out of the gym latley initially because I damaged my rotator cuff. I have been getting some therapy done to it but out of fear of creating a cronic or more serious tear I have not been lifting. Then I went on a vacation, then work got busy ... always an excuse
So this week I am back, in the last month I lost 13lbs and a lot off my bench. So now I am back to focusing on my diet and bringing my lifts back to where they were before my injury.
