I just read in another thread about how fats are essential to the body. What food would you recommend , and how much of it ?
 
Check out the sticky at the top of the forum called Guide to Dieting. There is a ton of info in there regarding EFA's :)
 
No matter what you eat you can't possibly hope to get it all. That's why we supplement.
