how to tell if you had a good workout
does anyone know what the signs are of a good workout for gaining mass.how should i feel when i know i had a good workout.like ofr example should do sets with real heavy weights until i feel a real good pump and then stop, or should i keep goingwith the sets so the question remains how do i know if my workouts are benefiting when it comes to gaining mass.
