Just orderd a big bottle of RED LINE and some Protien!/.....//...

By bulking stage is done in about 5 days :)

HOPEFULLY my QUEST for a 6 pack will pay off!!



8am- 2 eggs
12- chocolate milk, apple, muffin, LOTSA WATER - Protine shake
3- 1 FULL plate of white rice ( i MEAN FULL) 1 Side of Chicken
BREAST
8- Protine Shake, ANOTHER FULL PLATE of Rice, MILK, TUNNA or
Chicken Breast..

10- Milk, 2 slices of bread with jam...

SLEEP---

I have a slow very motab......SO CANT EAT TOO MUCH..
wAT should i cut i down to??

Diet looks a little rough. I'd check out some of the sticky threads in the Diet/Nutrition forum. Nutrition is seriously the most important factor to reach your goals. Good luck! :thumb:
 
hhm is that your everyday day diet.it really doesnt seem like a cutting diet. try 6 to 7 meals a day increase your protein and cut down on your rice .where are your veggies .read some of the members diet plans to get some ideas
