Vpx ph stack for mass

which phs should i use, this is my first time using ph, im 5'11" at 164 lbs.

I was thinking about syngex I, or 1 test cyp with 4 test cyp, i dont really know about phs, maybe you can give me some feedback, money is not a problem. thanks

For your first cycle I would go with Syngex I. 8 cc per day for 6 weeks followed by 4 weeks on Aromadex.

can i add, muscle nitrous, zero carb protein and glutamine?, or that would be a problem?

You could and should add Zero carb protein as well as glutamine. However, I would go with VPX Plasma E over the muscle nitrous.
