I'm back to training this weekend after a 3 week layoff from a lumbar sprain. I'm gonna go 2/3 weeks to get my strength back and then I'm going on my M1T.
Here's my question, if I go 20mg's/day how do I split the doses? With all the talk of M1T, I have not heard anybody mention their doses.
