If i work out Mon- Sat one week then take a break Sunday. Then workout mon, tues, wed, take a break thurs, workout fri, sat, sun and keep goin like that. Is this bad?
 
If you don´t miss workouts. Like, skiping muscle groups that you scheduled. Then no problem. You are fine.
 
Hard to answer this without knowing your training split and volume. One thing I can say is that its not great to workout more than 2 days in a row without a day off. Hard on the CNS.
