Protein Shakes

Here's one of my favourite protein shake recipes:

Reese peanut butter

Mix in blender:

chocolate or vanilla protein
1/4-1/2 box chocolate sf ff pudding
1 tbsp natty p/b
1 cup milk
4-6 ice cubes


Pina Colada Shake

vanilla protein
1 cup milk
pineapple to taste
1 tsp coconut extract or flavouring
6 ice cubes
