Is the 1-AD and 4-AD stack any good?

Hey guys, I have a friend who is considering this stack. I'd like to know if anyone has tried this stack and how it works? The 4-AD is by Molecular Nutrition. What're the basic concerns with this stack and is it even worth the time?

Ive been on the stack for maybe two weeks up about 7 pounds, strength is up as well
