hi my name is sam.
I am 20 years old and I weight 260 lbs, im trying to figure out how to get all of my fat to muscle, which has proven to be really hard because I can not stay with working out I get bored. Now im not all fat im real stocky and strong. I have been working out off and on since I was 10 so I am just big with extra fat can anyone help me with a tranning or any thing that will let me lose some of it but not all and just get more muscles showing thanks.
