Diuretic for women..?

Guys a "good friend" of mine from the gym asked me to point her in the direction of a safe diuretic. She has a body from hell, and she is a major athlete, but the water retention caused by the pill is making her bloat and hiding her beautiful physique.

What can you recommend? give me some ideas to start researching...

Drink lots and lots of water IMO, diuretics should not be used on a regular basis.

Diuretics are stupid. It is a well known fact that women respond differently to different birth control pills, I know women that relapse badly after 6 months on one pill, do fine on another.

Experiment, dont bandaid with deadly bullshit.

Patching up one drug with another is just dumb. This is why we keep reading about 22 year olds found dead at their desk.
