hi i started working out on monday every night and day. i curl 45lb bar bell for 8 reps and a 11lb dum bell to 20 reps i do 100 sit ups in the moring and 20 sit ups with 22 lb at night. i am 14 with a goal to have a six pack with nice biceps.

o and i also ride my bike for atlest 10 miles a day up and down big hills.


if any one thinks i should do any thing else that might make my goal riched with maybe better result please tell me.

Well you have to let us know what you are doing now as far workouts and diet.

You will also get more replies if you ask your diet / nutrition questions in that forum and your trainig questions in the training forum.

The 6 pack you desire is mostly diet
