hi i started working out on monday every night and day. i curl 45lb bar bell for 8 reps and a 11lb dum bell to 20 reps i do 100 sit ups in the moring and 20 sit ups with 22 lb at night. i am 14 with a goal to have a six pack with nice biceps.
o and i also ride my bike for atlest 10 miles a day up and down big hills.
if any one thinks i should do any thing else that might make my goal riched with maybe better result please tell me.
