Anyone know the nutrition facts for one hard-boiled whole egg?

7G Protein
5G Fat
1G Carb

7x4=28
5x9=45
1x4=4

28+45+4=77

Before I thought that it was 7g like you said, then I saw 4g in various websites. I am Vieopefied.

I'm pretty sure just the egg white is 4g protein. A whole egg is 6 or 7 depending on size.

I don't get the multiplications and then the addition of those numbers...

I understand the 7g protein, 5g fat, 1g carb, obviously, lol, thank you for those :)

the numbers are what you multiply the various components to figure out the calories associated with each. For instance 7g protein multipled by 4 gives you the amount of calories that amount of protein provides.

The addition at the end would then provide you the total calories for the egg

I maybe wrong here but this is how I figure things out also. Correct me if I am wrong please Jodi.
