Ive been having many probems with my hands going numb for no reason. Its basically in the palm of my hand.

Anyone else have this problem? Any tips???

its fromnerves probably in ure shoulders i have same thing my shoulders are the worst every night i go to sleep before i end up falling asllep my ewhole arms go numb....stretching helps
