Take a week off and try adding an extra rest day or two into your schedule.
 
Shold I stop every thing even cardio things?
 
My breaks come when i get sick. If im coughing like a madman, then i wont go. Until that cough, stops i dont workout. I get sick about once, maybe twice a year. Probably two, 1 week breaks per year for me.
 
I'd take a week off (but agree you shouldn't go an entire year w/out time off) and then try a 4 day split for a change and an added recovery day
