Ok, I've read a couple times now that eating some veggies such as broc., cal., and other high fiber ones actually take more calories to burn them off than they give off. So in a sense they are almost negative calories? It doesnt seem logical to me but im just wondering what everyone else says about this.

there is a whole list of negative calorie veggies

Negative Calorie Veggies

Asparagus
Beets
Broccoli
Cabbage (Green)
Carrots
Cauliflower
Celery
Chicory
Chili Peppers
Cucumbers
Dandelion
Endive
Garden Cress
Garlic
Green beans
Lettuce
Onions
Papayas
Radish
Spinach
Turnip
Zucchini

I wouldn't call all those veggies negative calorie

Maybe lettuce, celery and cucumber but that is it.

I agree, the positives outweigh all of the negatives.
