Hey everyone, this past summer I went away for Officer training for the Air Force. We did a lot of running on empty stomach and a lot of calistenics.
When I left for training my weight was around 185lbs. I came back and now Im around 170lbs. I was been back for a few month and been hitting up the gym to gain back my weight, but my problem is the weight/strenght is not coming back. What happen to my muscle memory did it forget?
