What if you are training and eating so well for months and you have an event to attend (wedding, reunion, etc..) would this help?
 
It will make you tired and feel like shit like most of us do prepping for a comp.

Dropping water is not fun and it wears you out and make you feel sick, well, it does to me anyway.
