Tonight after I worked out (my chest day) I've been hungry even after eating quite a bit in the last 2.5 hours since I've been home.
I've had a couple salads (somewhat small bowls)
A nuked yam
A chicken breast
About 16 baby carrots
Probably around 24oz of liquid as well (crystal light)
And I'm still hungry...I could understand maybe if I were bigger but I only weigh 160lbs.
