for a bread it's not bad...but it doesn't hold a candle to oats, brown rice, etc...here is an easy test to determine which carb sources are the best. simply ask yourself does it grow naturally on a plant or tree, etc. for instance there is no pumpernickel bush, or pasta trees, etc...
