I don't know what the hell is the matter with me. I don't know if I need to see a therapist or what. But on a very very regular basis I eat until I feel like I am going to vommit. Even if it's clean food, it's a big sandwich, a lot of liquid, fruit and then soup. Just enough so I feel extremely full like I can't eat another bite no matter what.
Anyone have any suggestions? This happens on a VERY regular basis, I would say close to every single day, with about 75% of my meals.
