right, you cannot just lose the "love handles", you have to get lean, and most likely that will be one of the last places that leans up, this is done thru a proper diet and nutrition plan, and weight training & cardio.
go to the diet/nutrition forum for help with your diet, that is the first thing you need to get in order.
