what is a good excercise to get rid of your love handles or saddle bags? is there anything i can do to get rid of it other than doing cardio?

right, you cannot just lose the "love handles", you have to get lean, and most likely that will be one of the last places that leans up, this is done thru a proper diet and nutrition plan, and weight training & cardio.

go to the diet/nutrition forum for help with your diet, that is the first thing you need to get in order.
