I am 21 and after spending the past few months losing my stomach which I gained from being unfit and eating junk food all the time I have now decided I want to get a nice muscly physique. I have asked around for help and I have now got a weight lifting routine at hand which is I basically work a different body part each day using the basic techniques.
I am looking to bulk up to about 12 stone and I am currently a 10 stone weakling.
