hmm so is it bad for u ?? as in would it hurt you grow?? as in it does it have useless carbs that one should try to avoid.. i mean i been trying to avoid cookies, cake, and stuff.. but i thought yogurt would be kewl
Yogurt is one of those foods that you should probably avoid when trying to lose weight and can get away w/ eating while you're trying to gain. It has a lot of sugar and protein. If you're going to use it, look for one that has no added sugar, has been sweetened w/ a sugar alternative...it will also be lower in carbs.
