I love drinking ice cold water but I was recently told that room temperature water (Tepid) is better for your digestive system. Any opinions.

I have heard the same. Personally, I can't drink ice cold water because I get too cold from it. I drink room temp water most of the time except summer. Then at over 100 degree weather I have no problem drinking cold water.
One thing I heard about cold water is that it burns more calories to because your body has to warm the water up. I'm not sure if it matters either way, warm or cold so long as you drink it.
