I keep looking at that video and am wondering, what happened, did his arm like snap and thats why the weight came crushing down on him like that. That is sick shit though you heard something breaking there

I think either his muscles just said "I quit" (its happened to me, I dropped a dumbell on myself and it left 4 plate marks for a few days), or it slipped from his hands perhaps.
