Some help with acne

I have never had any acne, but now after being off for 3 months acne is become a problem, specialy in my face and chest, Is there any medication that I could take that would be effective to reduce acne.

Why now and not while I was running the cycle, I'm afraid to get into my next cycle and get worse, Can you advice.....

If you want medication, see a doctor.

For over the counter, you can try pantothenic acid 2-10 grams a day.

thank you mudge, I will try this, I'm not going to any doctor it is not that bad, it's just that it bothers me a lot, but i think what you suggested will solve the problem.
