This is a question about the mandatory pose they make you do where you turn to your side, put your hands behind your head, and then flex your abs (and I think some of your back muscles also). I would like to know what exercises I can do to bring out my back for that particular pose.
for the serratus anterior, act as if in an incline press, keep your arms at the top, and move your shoulders up and down, keeping your arms straight. that's the serratus' job.
