I've got a friend who's pretty muscular and he says that he got that way:
1) swimming
2)tons of abs, push-ups, pullups, and so on and so on with the bodyweight
So.... is this possible for me or does he just have good genetics? (I've seen his dad, he's not very muscular) If it is possible, how long do you think it would take? The reason I would prefer bodyweight is because of my plans for the military.
