Alright I've never taken any and I have recently run into some issues with my joints clicking on movement...I was looking for a good Fish Oil supplement, and was wondering what amount of EPA and DHA is a good amount for the day, the one Im looking at has 180mg EPA, 120 mg DHA and 23mg GLA per serving (1 cap)
