Recently I have tried to step up my training to get ready for the shit british summer we are all looking forward to.
In attempt to do this I have obviously started training harder and consuming large amounts of protein, but to give me an extra advantage I have invested in some supplements.
I decided to go for the Dorian Yates range as they seen to be quality products without the bullshit spin most supplements have these days.
I bought,
??? Pro-Glutamine
??? Pro-HMB
??? Pro-Amino
What I would like to know is;
??? Did I buy wisely?
??? Are there any other products which are worth buying?
??? What have your experience been using these products?
??? Does anyone out there have a guide to an optimum way of consuming these product, are there any do???s and don???t I should be aware of?
Because at the end of the day these product are quite expensive and we all need to get the most out of them.
