I was taking my protein shakes with gatorade after my workouts and at night b4 going to bed,but what i didnt realize,was that each bottle contains around 30GRAMS OF SUGAR!!!!!!!!!!! and it was making me gain fat like crazyy but i finally stopped using it.I hate protein shakes with water and dont like them with milk either,do any of you have any sugestions or recipes to make good tasting protein shakes???????
